The Finance and Accounts  Directorate is charged with the responsibility of formulating, preparing, monitoring, evaluating, appraising, disbursing and supervising approved budgetary allocations for each year.  This it does in addition to preparing and defending/justifying yearly budgetary proposals

The Budget and finance Accounts Sections prepare budgets and allocate and supervise the allocated funds as stated above.
